The TRX (or any suspension training tool) kneeling rollout is a great core stabilizer exercise. It targets abs and also involves the mid back/lats and obliques. On a kneeling position, set up the handles at just below hip height. Keeping your body straight, reach your arms forward so that your body lowers towards the ground.
